Synergies
Clustering with other projects is very important to maximize the H2020 program impact, extend the stakeholders network and share knowledge and achievement in research and innovation.
The SATO project collaborates with the following European projects which address similar objectives proposing different approaches.
Smart2B aims to create a smart building system consisting of devices, a platform and services, that places citizens, building users and CECs at the heart of the building energy transition; in Smart2B, smart buildings will interact with their occupants and the grid in real-time, allowing energy efficiency and local flexibility. Existing buildings will become interconnected active elements reaching higher smartness levels.

Auto-DAN aims to enable small-to-medium-sized buildings to optimize their energy consumption and to provide a self-assessment and self-optimizing system by implementing a flexible hardware infrastructure and augmented intelligence. Auto-DAN accelerates investments in sustainable energy by providing a live self-energy assessment incorporating monitoring and smart controls based on the quality of systems installed and users’ operational habits.
